Introduction
This article is an introduction to the tickling theory I have writed. First of all, I wrote this article in a softer tone for those who want to know what tickling in furries is all about. Differ from my previous articles, this one is intended for all ages, so please feel free to read it!
Overview
So, what on earth is tickling? Let’s see meaning of the word ‘Tickle‘.
tickle【ˈtɪkl】
- [transitive, intransitive] tickle (somebody/something) to move your fingers on a sensitive part of somebody’s body in a way that makes them laugh
- [transitive, intransitive] tickle (something) to produce a slightly uncomfortable feeling in a sensitive part of the body; to have a feeling like this
- [transitive] to please and interest somebody
―——from【Oxford Dictionary】
Thus, the word ‘tickle‘ refer to giving physical stimulation to the body, or having connotation of working on the mind. As for ‘tickling‘ we use in this article, the first one, phisical connotation is suitable. As it written, it is central meaning of tickling that causing itchy feeling to someone.
Tickling in Furries
In certain game, there is a move “Tickle“, which has effect which weaken opponent’s stats of deffence. In its anime, ‘tickle’ was once used. A scene was broadcast in which the person being tickled gritted his teeth and endured it desperately. After watching this scene, I was curious to see how other characters would react to being tickled.
Tickling in furries is based on the idea of tickling humans, but it allows for some unique ideas. For example, if you look at a dragon, it has wings and a tail, parts that humans don’t have, so you can imagine what kind of reaction you would get if you tickled those parts: ……. You can also imagine how furries covered with fluffy fur would react to tickling: ……. The sensation of being tickled is also completely unknown to humans. The common idea is that when they are tickled, they mainly try to release energy by laughing. There are several different ways to react to tickling, but we believe that laughter is the most common reaction. This point can be said to be common to both furries and humans.
Tickling and “Sexual Expression
Whether you view tickling as a mere prank or something sexual can vary greatly depending on the individual. In my opinion, an illustration featuring tickling can be either R-15 or R-18, depending on the situation. The first boundary of R-18 is whether or not there are expressions such as exposure of genitalia. This is easy to understand. Next is the boundary of what constitutes R-15, which is very difficult. In my opinion, if there are expressions of restraint, the film is R-15. The idea is that an illustration that expresses the intention to tickle a person in earnest involves mild sexual expression. This is difficult because different people have different views, but when submitting an illustration, if it contains even the slightest sexual expression, it must be sure to include an age-restricted tag.
Tickling “Experience
In everyday life, it is rare to experience tickling. However, some of you may be lucky enough to have had the wonderful experience of tickling someone or being tickled by someone as a prank in your childhood. As an adult, the shortcut to a tickling experience is to find a tickle buddy, unless you are very close to one. In that case, you will have the opportunity for a valuable experience, although it may be mainly hard tickling. You may also be able to get tickled in a stuffed animal, although this is quite rare. This is one of my goals, but I would like to be tickled in a fursuit in being restrained.
Summary
I wrote this article for those who are new to tickling in beasts. Compared to the previous articles I have written on tickling theory, such as the beginner’s level article, I think this article is softer and free of R-15 expressions. The more I think about tickling, the more profound it becomes. I would like to close this article with the hope that tickling will become more familiar to people, even though we lose the opportunity to be exposed to it as we grow older. Thank you for reading this far!
